Install our Click Glass yourself… Click Glass Smart Film is supplied with an adhesive side to be expertly applied onto existing glass panels/structures, such as windows and doors. When electricity is powered to supply the product, the smart film switches from frosted and clear.
All film is custom made to your measurements so please make sure they are correct when filling out the measurement calculator, as we will not provide refunds for measurements provided to us.

The lead time for our Click Glass Smart Film is approximately three weeks after your order is placed and processed.
Delivery times are estimated and may be subject to unforeseen delays. We will notify customers of any significant changes to their expected delivery schedule.

General Policy
We offer refunds and exchanges in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable UK laws. As our products are custom made and custom cut, they are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they are defective, damaged, or not as per specification.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or defective upon arrival, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original payment method. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
1. Cleaning Guidelines
Proper cleaning ensures the longevity and performance of your Click Glass. Follow these instructions carefully:
- Always power off the glass before cleaning and do not power on until it is completely dry.
- Avoid disturbing electrical connections or letting liquid enter the framework, as water damage voids the warranty.
- Use only a damp, lint-free microfibre cloth or towel. Avoid chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or excessive water.
- For stubborn marks, use a small amount of isopropyl alcohol with the following steps:
- Lightly spray the surface with water.
- Wipe clean with a soft cloth.
- Continue wiping until all dirt is removed.
- Ensure no water enters the edges or framework.
2. Haze
Smart film materials may exhibit a slight haze, which is a normal characteristic of the product.
- Viewing Conditions: Haze may appear more pronounced on sunny days or depending on the viewing angle.
- Double Glazing: Double-glazed products may have slightly more haze compared to single-glazed products.
- Ambient Lighting Impact: Haze levels vary with lighting conditions. For example, it is less noticeable with LED lighting and light-coloured walls.
